RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@luisleather.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Items with its original packaging and tags attached, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@luisleather.com or Luisleather101@gmail.com.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt according to our Return Policy.
Please Note
● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $200.00.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Item should be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
● Customs Charges for return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
● Item should be shipped within 7 Days from the return authorization, no returns will be accepted after that or will fall into used item category.
● We won't accept return if Buyer used or physically damage the item.
